Moody and Woolley solicitors are seeking suitable candidates to fill the following positions within our family department.

• Solicitor 2-3 yrs PQE with experience of Public Law children work who is or is prepared to become a member of the law society children panel.

• Newly qualified solicitor/legal executive or experienced para-legal with experience of family law with an emphasis on residence and contact disputes.

• Experienced legal secretary/ PA.

• Legal secretary/administrative assistant.

These positions are fulltime and the successful applicants must be able to work to Lexel or LSC SQM standards.

We may also have work for a locum solicitor experienced in family/children law.
