Assisting the elderly and the vulnerable
Our Offices are wheelchair friendly, just ring ahead to ensure easy access. We have a strong connection with the Office of the Public Guardian and our Mrs Marson is a member of the Panel of that Office providing Deputies (formerly Receivers) to assist those who cannot manage their own affairs. We can advise on the drafting of Lasting Powers of Attorney both with regard to Property and Affairs and with regard to Personal Welfare issues. We can also assist you in making applications to the Court of Protection if this is necessary if a persons mental capacity has failed.
If you have a relative who has been in need of care and you feel that their health is or was such that the National Health Service should have been funding that care then please do not hesitate to contact us as we can assist you in investigating the matter and obtaining a refund of care fees where appropriate.
We also have our own in-house translator for the deaf.
